メインテーマ

　メインテーマは、地下空間、特にフロンティア領域（超々高層建築物、大深度地下空間など）における安全の在り方とその実現のために技術を研究すること。
　2000年以降、法規制の基本理念と工学基盤とする行政法、（建築基準法、消防法など）との整合性を図るための研究に重心を置いている。
　一方で、愛知万博で取り上げられたドライミストによる環境改善、ヒートアイランド緩和のための技術開発も積極的に行っている。

Research Contents

The main theme is to meand of safety and to research the technology of incarnating it in the living space, especially in frontier area (extreamly high rise building, great altitude underground space etc.). Since 2000,the study has been focused on how to match the basic philosophy of regulations and the administrative regulation(the Construction Standard Act,The Fire Laws etc.). which is based on engineering.Meanwhile the technical development of "DRYMIST",which was brought up during the Expo. in Aichi is being also researched activity , to improve the environment end to alleviate the urban heat island.

"Research of envionmental improvement by using dry mist."

・Effect measuring at the facilities which actually has dry mist.
・Researching samples of dry mist which is used in Eastern Asia (Singapore,Taiwan)
